📦 CARTSFY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cartsfy, your satisfaction matters to us. We work with trusted Shopify Collective suppliers to deliver high‑quality products directly to your door. Because many items are fulfilled by third‑party partners, our return process follows both Cartsfy’s guidelines and supplier requirements.
Our goal is to make returns simple, transparent, and fair for everyone.
1. Return Eligibility
We’re happy to help with returns when the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 2 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
- The supplier confirms the item is eligible for return
- The item is not part of a Final Sale collection
If an item is returned without approval, we’re unable to process a refund.
2. 2‑Day Return Request Window
To ensure we can process your return smoothly with our suppliers, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Proof of delivery date may be required
- Requests made after 2 days cannot be accepted
This short window helps us meet supplier deadlines and provide faster support.
3. Return Shipping
We aim to make returns as easy as possible. In most cases:
- Customers cover return shipping costs
- Return shipping fees are non‑refundable
- If a prepaid label is provided, its cost is deducted from the refund
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
4. Restocking Fee (25%)
A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
This fee helps cover supplier handling, inspection, and processing.
(Per Shopify rules, this does not apply to POS returns.)
5. Final Sale Items
Some items are not eligible for return due to supplier restrictions or hygiene considerations.
Final Sale Collections
- Best Seller Products Collection
- Gifts Under $25
- Gifts Under $50
- New Arrivals Collection
Items in these collections cannot be returned.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom items
- Clearance or discounted items
- Hygiene‑sensitive items (beauty tools, wearables, etc.)
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items from Final Sale collections
7. How to Request a Return
We’re here to help.
To start a return, email us at cartsfy@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged or defective items)
Please do not send items back to Cartsfy directly.
All returns must be shipped to the supplier’s warehouse.
8. Supplier Approval
Because many products are fulfilled by Shopify Collective suppliers:
- All returns must be approved by the supplier
- The supplier may accept or decline the request based on their policy
- Cartsfy cannot override supplier decisions
If approved, the supplier will provide a return label and instructions.
9. Refund Process
Once the supplier receives and inspects the returned item:
- The supplier refunds Cartsfy the wholesale cost
- Cartsfy refunds you the retail amount minus:
- 25% restocking fee
- Return shipping (if applicable)
- Any label fees charged by the supplier
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing times:
- Supplier inspection: 3–7 business days
- Refund to customer: 3–5 business days
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
We will:
- Request photos
- Work with the supplier to approve a replacement or refund
- Cover return shipping if the supplier confirms the issue
11. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before the supplier begins fulfillment.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
12. Supplier Delays
If a supplier fails to ship or respond:
- Cartsfy will work to resolve the issue
- If the supplier does not fulfill the order, we will issue a full refund
13. Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without approval:
- Cannot be refunded
- May be disposed of by the supplier
- Cannot be returned to the customer
