This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through cartsfy.com (“Cartsfy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Cartsfy Inc. fulfills all orders using third‑party suppliers integrated.
As a result, shipping times, carrier selection, packaging, and tracking availability may vary depending on the supplier responsible for fulfilling your order.
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Supplier approval
- Packaging
- Carrier handoff
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Times (United States Only)
Because all products are shipped by AutoDS suppliers, shipping times vary by supplier and product type.
Estimated delivery time within the United States:
- USA‑wide: 7–20 business days
These are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may be longer due to:
- Supplier delays
- Carrier delays
- Weather disruptions
- High‑volume seasons
- Remote or rural delivery locations
- Customs processing (for items entering the U.S. from overseas suppliers)
Cartsfy does not guarantee delivery dates.
3. Shipping Carriers
AutoDS suppliers may use a variety of carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Lasership
- OnTrac
- Other regional carriers
Cartsfy does not control which carrier is used for your order.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided when available from the supplier.
Important notes:
- Some suppliers may take 3–7 business days to generate tracking updates.
- Tracking may show “Label Created” for several days during transit.
- Some carriers do not scan packages until they reach a major hub.
Lack of tracking updates does not indicate a lost package.
5. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
Reasons include:
- Items sourced from different suppliers
- Different warehouse locations
- Varying processing times
Each shipment will have its own tracking number (if available).
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination within the U.S.
- Supplier shipping cost
- Product weight and size
Shipping fees are non‑refundable, even if:
- The package is delayed
- The customer refuses delivery
- The customer enters an incorrect address
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Cartsfy is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address
- Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional fees charged by carriers for address corrections
If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address:
- The customer must pay reshipping fees
- Refunds are not issued for address errors
8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Some items may ship from international suppliers.
In such cases, U.S. Customs may apply:
- Duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Handling fees
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
Customers are solely responsible for all import‑related charges.
Cartsfy does not issue refunds for:
- Customs delays
- Refused packages
- Unpaid import fees
9. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
Because AutoDS suppliers manage fulfillment, Cartsfy is not liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
Customers must contact the carrier directly for:
- Delivery disputes
- Missing packages
- Theft claims
Cartsfy may assist at its discretion but is not obligated to replace or refund such orders.
10. Pre‑Orders & Backorders
Some items may be temporarily out of stock or require additional processing time.
If an item is on backorder:
- You will be notified by email
- You may choose to wait or request cancellation before the item ships
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
11. Changes to Shipping Policy
Cartsfy reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes apply to all orders placed after the updated policy is published.
